Sanford Health, one of the largest and fastest-growing not-for-profit health systems in the United States, is seeking a BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician to join their team at Marshfield Medical Center - Park Falls. This role offers the opportunity to provide initial treatment to patients of all ages in a supportive environment with excellent colleagues and dedicated support staff. Responsibilities
- Assess, evaluate, diagnose, perform history and physical examinations and provide initial treatment to patients of all age groups, who present to the emergency department with any symptom, illness, injury, or condition.

Shift & Schedule
- 24-hour shifts, 6 to 7 per month = 1700 hours per year.
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree.
- Successful completion of an Emergency Medicine residency program accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada.
- Certification in the primary area of practice by the appropriate specialty/subspecialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as applicable.
- If not board certified at the time of application but completed residency training within the last five years, must achieve board certification within five years from the date of completion of residency training.
