Emergency Medicine Physician

The Department of Emergency Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and New York City Health + Hospitals|Queens is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join their Queens ED team. • New York City Health + Hospitals; Queens is a 318-bed acute care facility.
• It is part of the largest municipal healthcare system in the country.
• The facility has Centers of Excellence in Women's Health, Cancer Care, Diabetes Care, and Behavioral Health.
• The hospital averages 16,000 admissions per year, 100,000 Emergency Department visits, and over 300,000 outpatient visits.
• The Emergency Department is currently undergoing expansion and construction of a state-of-the-art facility.

Compensation

• Faculty appointment will be commensurate with years of experience and accomplishment.
• Compensation range from $287,000 to $297,000 (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits).
• The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits.

Requirements

• Must be board certified/eligible by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
• Must be licensed in the State of New York.
• Experience in Clinical Education, EM Critical Care, Emergency Ultrasound, and Pediatric Emergency Medicine is particularly desired.
