- Strong clinical decision-making skills in a fast-paced acute care environment
- Provide high-quality emergency medical care to patients with a wide range of acute conditions
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients in a busy emergency department setting
- Deliver efficient and compassionate care in both hospital-based and freestanding emergency medicine environments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support excellent patient outcomes
- Maintain flexibility to support departmental scheduling needs across varied shifts
