Practice Info
- 33-bed Emergency Department with a recent $12 million remodel
- 9-bed RME Unit, 11-bed Critical Care Unit, and 13-bed Clinical Decision Unit
- High acuity department with a 30-35% admission rate
- Large air ambulance program with fixed-wing jet and helicopter, completing 3-4 missions daily (900-1100 flights annually)
- Currently staffed with 50 hours of physician coverage daily with APCs, expanding to dual physician coverage 24 hours per day
- Innovative technology including IV pumps programmed by chars, bedside ultrasound in all trauma bays, CT, x-ray, and ultrasound live in ED footprint
Compensation
