Emergency Medicine Physician

Sound Physicians is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join their team in Moses Lake, Washington. You will collaborate with a cohesive care team across Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, and Critical Care, contributing to smoother transitions and better patient outcomes.

Practice Info

• Join a close-knit team of 8 EM residency-trained, Board-Certified physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers at Samaritan Healthcare.
• Work alongside a team of clinicians from diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds.
• Accountable, on-site leadership with a local medical director.
• Stable, well-staffed teams aligned on a patient-first culture of excellence.
• Level III trauma center with an annual ED volume of 26,500.
• 9-bed ED plus 2-bed triage and fast care.

Compensation

• Base annual 1099 compensation is a minimum of $396,000 per year.
• $50,000 commencement bonus for a full-time commitment of 120 hours or more.

Shift & Schedule

• Shifts include: 7a-7p, 10a-10p, 7p-7a.
• Flexible scheduling allows for work-life balance.
• Holidays are scheduled equitably.

Requirements

• Open to physicians coming out of training and experienced physicians.
• Emergency Medicine Board-Certified/Board Eligible (ABEM or AOBEM Board Certified or Board Eligible).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
