Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join their hospital-employed team in Bangor, Maine. This role offers the opportunity to work in a tertiary care referral center, serving a large patient population with the highest acuity ED in the state. Practice Info
- Tertiary care referral center serving the northern 2/3 of Maine
- 38k patients/year encompassing all ages; highest acuity ED in the state
- Group consists of 17 ABEM certified Emergency Medicine Physicians and 7 APPs
- Dual physician coverage at a minimum 24/7
- Care areas include the main ED, Behavioral Health and observation
- Full support of medical specialists, including ED Pharmacist, PICU, NICU, IMU, CCU, and a closed ICU
Compensation
- Full time: $377,300 annual base salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on quality incentives
- Part time: $264,110 annual base salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on quality incentives
- Per diem: $280.43 hourly rate
