Providers will work in a newly combined Emergency Department and Urgent Care facility that sees over 50,000 patients per year. Compensation
- Annual compensation of $414,000 if you complete required number of shifts for 1.0 FTE
- $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
Shift & Schedule
- 12-hour shifts
- 10 to 11 shifts per month = 1480 hours per year
- 20 days off a month
