The Staff Pad is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician for a PRN opportunity in Marion, Illinois. This role offers premium compensation and flexible scheduling within a high-volume, well-supported hospital setting. Physicians will work in a collaborative, resource-rich Emergency Department with integrated EPIC EMR and strong subspecialty support.
Practice Info
- High-volume Emergency Department with approximately 55 patients per day and 11 daily admissions
- Team of 7 Emergency Medicine physicians supported by 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
- Day Shift (7 AM - 7 PM) staffed with 1 physician + 1 APP
- Night Shift (7 PM - 7 AM) staffed with 1 nocturnist physician + 1 APP
- Integrated EPIC EMR system across the hospital network
- Dedicated hospitalist team for admissions and robust subspecialty support
Compensation
- $285/hour highly competitive rate
