- Experience: Minimum 2 years of emergency medicine experience
- Other Qualifications: Must have 10+ shift availability; complete credentialing requirements including peer references and verification
- Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to a diverse patient population in a Level 3 trauma center.
- Perform emergency procedures including intubation, suturing, central line placement, and other resuscitative measures.
- Supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (NPPAs) and nursing staff.
- Manage patient admissions, observations (30% rate), and transfers (3.1% rate) as clinically indicated.
- Maintain active Ohio license, DEA, and hospital privileges; adhere to credentialing and privileging timelines.
