- Experience: Residency training in Emergency Medicine required; new graduates within 12 months accepted
- Other Qualifications: Preeclampsia Eclampsia CME required initially and every 2 years; case logs for past 2 years; documentation for special procedures; must supervise NPs and PAs
- Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients presenting to the ED.
- Supervise and collaborate with nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
- Perform procedures as required (e.g., suturing, intubation, central line placement).
- Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the EMR.
- Coordinate with specialists and ancillary staff for patient management and discharges.
