Critical Care Intensivist Opening - Tennessee Located in Jackson, TennesseeAbout the Position -Provide critical care services in the hospital ICU-12-hour block schedule with 3 intensivists during the day and 1 intensivist at night-Lead daily ICU multidisciplinary rounds-Supervise teaching rounds and resident clinical activities when applicable-Participate in quality management, protocol development, and morbidity and mortality review activities-Participate in medical and audit activities within the hospital and Critical Care ProgramProgram Highlights -29-bed SICU-12-bed MICU-18-bed CCU-High-acuity ICU with advanced cardiac support and critical care capabilities-Advanced technologies and therapies include Impella, IABP, ECMO, proning for ARDS, SLED, and SCUF-EPIC EMRCompensation and Benefits -Up to $120,000 in loan assistance-Sign-on bonus-Relocation assistance-403(b)-CME-Additional benefits packagePractice Requirements -MD or DO-Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine-Successful completion of fellowship training in Critical Care Medicine at an accredited institution-Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills-Ability to perform all technical skills in the critical care setting
