Job Details:

• Locum Tenens opportunity seeking ongoing coverage of approximately 6-8 shifts per month
• Night shifts are likely to be consecutive or scheduled in blocks
• Available shift times include 6p-6a, 6a-2p, and 1p-9p
• Estimated 20,000 patient visits per year with approximately 20 encounters per shift
• Hospitalists handle all admissions, allowing providers to focus on emergency care
• Newborn deliveries are received in the ED; L&D department is on-site
• 24-hour support services available including anesthesia, general surgery, laboratory, and radiology
• Board certification required; minimum board certification eligible accepted
• ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are required
• AHA certification is required
• Providers with pending malpractice claims will not be considered
• Estimated credentialing timeframe is 60 days
• No state license requirement to bid
• Nearest airport is Iron Mountain; lodging provided via per cap
