• Accountable, on-site leadership with a local medical director supported by Sound's leadership-development tools.

• Work in a 20-bed emergency department with approximately 27,000 annual visits and an 18% admission rate.
• Partner with a robust team of subspecialty professionals and utilize advanced imaging services.
• Specialties available include Cardiology, ENT, Urology, OB/Gyn, Endocrinology, Pulmonology, General Surgery, Pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-quality patient care in the emergency department.
• Partner with a robust team of subspecialty professionals and utilize advanced imaging services to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Foster lasting relationships with hospital partners.
• Lead in quality to help the hospital achieve excellence across the ED care experience.

Compensation

• Rewarding 1099 compensation structure.

Shift & Schedule

• Daily coverage includes 24 Physician hours.

Requirements

• Board-certified/eligible in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine/Internal Medicine with Emergency Medicine experience.
• New graduates, residents, and fellows are encouraged to apply.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
