We are seeking a locum tenens physician to cover emergency medicine needs with flexible scheduling options and opportunities to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role offers diverse shift options and the potential for increased rates for consistent shift coverage.

• Setting: Hospital
• Start Date: January 1, 2027
• Schedule: Rotating shifts including 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM, 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM
• Patient Population: All Ages
• Location: Eureka, CA
• Stipends: Housing and travel options can be discussed for non-local candidates

• Provide high-quality emergency and trauma care to a diverse patient population
• Participate in an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive healthcare
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records

• Active and unrestricted CA medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/ABEOM certified required, will not accept ABIM/ABFM)
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS

• Guaranteed 8 hours per shift
• Opportunities for overtime with prior approval
• Various shift patterns available
