- Provide immediate recognition, evaluation, care, stabilization, and disposition of adult and pediatric patients in the Emergency Department.
- Manage high-acuity trauma and medical emergencies in a trauma facility.
- See an average of 2 patients per hour during 10-hour shifts.
- Coordinate with APP assistance for patient care without direct supervision of APPs.
- Complete documentation and patient care tasks after shift conclusion; no call back required.
