StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with a physician-owned and physician-led Emergency Medicine organization to recruit an experienced physician for an established community emergency department in Del Rio, Texas . This 1099 independent contractor opportunity offers flexible block scheduling, 12-hour physician shifts, strong APP coverage, and a well-supported community Emergency Medicine environment.

Practice Highlights / Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine OR Board Certified in Family Medicine with Emergency Department experience
• Approximately 25,500 annual ED visits
• 12-bed Emergency Department plus 4-bed Express Care
• Level IV Trauma Center
• Average physician volume of approximately 1.4 patients per hour
• Extensive specialty backup including General Surgery, Urology, OB/GYN, Interventional Cardiology, Nephrology, Interventional Radiology, and Pediatrics
• Meditech Expanse EMR
