- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p, no call
- Commitment: 3 months minimum (no exceptions), option to extend
- Volume: 16-18 patients/day
- Case mix: 50/50 pediatric/adult (must see all ages)
- Setting: Outpatient community health center
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing: 30-60 days ( 6 weeks standard with timely submission)
- Chart closure required within 72 hours
- Decision timeline: 7-14 days
