- Board: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM). Family Medicine or Internal Medicine considered.
- Licenses: Active TX Medical License, Active DEA with Texas address
- DEA / CDS: Active DEA required (Schedules II-V, fee-paid)
- Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS, NRP
- Experience: Current Emergency Department experience required
- Other Qualifications: CME documentation (past 2 years), Case logs (past 24 months)
- Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients presenting to the ED.
- Perform thorough patient evaluations, diagnostics, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with specialists (OBGYN, Pediatrics, General Surgery, Cardiology, Family Medicine) for patient management.
- Supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (NPs) during overlapping shifts.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Cerner EMR.
