This facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Annual volume: Approximately 2.0-2.5 patients per hour; 10 Emergency Department bays; less than 5% admission rate Physician shift times: 12-hour shifts; AM and PM coverage needed; single-provider coverage NP/PA Coverage: Nurse/APP triage for lower-acuity patients currently available on Mondays during season Back up specialties available: Emergency Department support staff available Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech Certifications required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA), Florida Medical License Board Certification required: American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM) or American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine (AOBEM)
