Compensation:
$270/hr
Schedule
• Day and night shifts available
• Day Shift: 6:30 AM 6:30 PM
• Night Shift: 5:30 PM 6:30 AM
Coverage Dates
• August (Nights)
• September 4 (Day)
• September (Days)
• September 15 (Night)
• October (Days)
Clinical Details
• Level II Trauma Center
• 65-bed hospital
• Emergency Department with 1 trauma room and 11 exam rooms
• Annual ED Volume: Approximately 16,000 visits
• Patient Population: Pediatrics, Adults, and Geriatrics
• Major trauma, cardiac, neurosurgical, and other critical patients are transferred to a tertiary care center
• EMR: CPSI
Requirements
• ABEM Board Certified
• Active Maine medical license or willingness to obtain one
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• DEA required
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience preferred
Credentialing
• Orientation includes training completed both prior to arrival and onsite
