We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician to join a well-established community hospital located just south of Boston, Massachusetts. Join a collaborative Emergency Department with experienced physicians, excellent specialty support, flexible scheduling, and outstanding earning potential.
Position Highlights
- Compensation: $230/hour plus productivity and quality bonuses
- Annual Bonus: Up to $40,000
- Night Shift Differential: Additional $325 per shift
- Full-time: 15 shifts per month
- Primarily 8.5-hour shifts
- Flexible, physician-driven scheduling
Emergency Department
- Approximately 60,000 annual visits
- 84 physician coverage hours and 36 APP coverage hours daily
- Two physicians on overnight coverage from 1:00 AM–7:00 AM
- Strong specialty support including Surgery, Anesthesia, Obstetrics, Neonatology, 24-hour Cardiac Cath Lab, and dedicated Hospitalist services
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of emergency conditions.
- Perform emergency procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nursing, and specialists to provide exceptional patient care.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
