Position Overview

Join our PRN team in Eastern Alabama with this low‑volume emergency medicine opportunity. Clay County is a small free‑standing ER serving the town and community of Ashland, Alabama. The position is ideally suited for a family physician with emergency experience.

Job Details

• Daily ER volume: approximately 15 patients per day.
• Shifts: 24‑36 hour shifts with flexible scheduling, available weekday and weekend.
• Facility services: 24‑hour nursing, lab, and radiology.
• Participates in the Alabama Trauma Network (
• EMR: CPSI.

Requirements

• Emergency department experience required.
• Active Alabama physician license.
• Current ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications.
