Shift Needs: 8 10 shifts per month ( Primary urgent need is for Nights, Weekends, and Holidays )

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days

We are seeking Emergency Residency-trained and Board-Certified Emergency Medicine physicians to provide locum coverage across busy regional Emergency Departments.

• Coverage: Inpatient Emergency Department (Night shifts 6:00 PM 6:00 AM are high priority; daytime shifts also available)
• Licensure: Active Oklahoma (OK) State Medical License or active IMLC required
• Certifications: Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM), ACLS, BLS
• EHR System: EPIC (Mercy Health System)
• Procedures: Standard EM procedures required (Central lines, Intubation, etc.)

• Annual ED Volume: 40,000 visits/year
• Trauma Level: Level 3 Trauma Center
• ED Bed Count: 17 Beds
• Admission Rate: 15%
• Shift Times: Night Shift (High Need): 6:00 PM 6:00 AM (12 hrs)
• Day / Swing Shifts: 6:00 AM 4:00 PM 7:00 AM 6:00 PM 11:00 AM 11:00 PM 4:00 PM 3:00 AM
• APP Support: 12-hour APP coverage (11:00 AM 11:00 PM)
• On-Site & Tele-Specialty Backup: Cardiology, Nephrology, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Podiatry, Urology, Hospitalist, and Teleneurology

• Shift Times:
• Night Shift (High Need): 6:00 PM 6:00 AM (12 hrs)
• Day / Swing Shifts: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM 11:00 AM 11:00 PM 12:00 PM 12:00 AM

• Shift Expectations: 8 10 shifts per month. Overtime applies after completed scheduled shift hours (e.g., 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts).
• Availability Note: Submissions must include full provider availability through 2026 for review by the site leadership.
