Emergency Medicine Per Diem Positions

Overview

The Department of Emergency Medicine at Boston Medical Center Health System (BMCHS) and Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine (BUCAMED) are seeking Emergency Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. The role involves delivering emergency care across three sites (BMC Main, BMC South, and BMC Brighton) and working within both academic and community settings to build strong partnerships.

Minimum Requirements

• Physicians: Completion of an ACGME-approved Emergency Medicine residency; ABEM/AOBEM certified or eligible; meet Massachusetts Medical Licensure and obtain clinical privileges at BMCHS.
• APPs: Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or a master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program); National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants required or equivalent; current Massachusetts license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant; ability to work independently and collaboratively with physicians and residents.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation Range: $112,000.00 – $162,500.00. Total compensation includes:
