Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Medicine


Job Details:

  • 12-hour shifts available; 24-hour shifts not allowed

  • No call required

  • Patient volume estimates per provider: ED Main 15-20 patients, ED East 10-12 patients, Express 15-20 patients

  • ED Main has 22 beds with 5 hall beds and 6 fast track beds; ED East has 11 beds; MGH Express has 6 beds

  • EMR system: Meditech

  • Busy emergency department environment; physicians will handle serious cases such as gunshot wounds

  • Nurse Practitioners only; PAs will not be considered
