Onsite Full Time Healthcare & Medical

The Opportunity

Emergency medicine APP work across three KPC hospitals in Southern California Hemet Global at 327 beds, plus Menifee Global and Victor Valley Global. Roughly two patients an hour, day shifts, working alongside board-certified emergency physicians. The case mix is broad because these are the community hospitals their regions actually depend on, and ambient AI dictation means the charting doesn't follow you home.

What You'll Own

  • A broad emergency case mix at roughly two patients an hour.
  • Day shifts , working directly alongside board-certified EM physicians.
  • Exposure across three departments if you want the variety, or a home base if you don't.
  • Ambient AI dictation , which at this volume is the difference between leaving on time and not.

Must-Haves

  • NP or PA
  • At least one year of experience
  • Active California license

Nice to Have

  • Prior emergency medicine experience
  • Willingness to cover more than one site
  • Paragon familiarity

What Working Here Is Actually Like

  • $140,000 $165,000 annually depending on shift volume, W-2.
  • Full W-2 benefits. Medical, dental and vision from the first of the month after hire; employer-paid life at 1x salary up to $300,000; employer-paid long-term disability at 60% of salary; 401(k). The benefit plan year runs 1 October to 30 September.
  • 40 hours of sick leave.
  • Malpractice and tail both covered. Tail is the one people forget to ask about until they leave.
  • Paragon with ambient AI dictation.
  • Board-certified EM physicians on every shift you are supported, not substituting.
  • Physician-owned and physician-managed since 2012. When you escalate a problem, it reaches a physician who still works clinical shifts.
  • Not a locums agency. An ongoing program position with a named, stable team.

Straight Talk

Covering multiple sites means different departments, different teams and real driving between Hemet, Menifee and Victorville. Some APPs like the variety; others want one department and one set of colleagues. Tell us which you are and we'll be straight about what's available.
