Northwell Health is seeking an Emergency Medicine Chair for Long Island Jewish Forest Hills to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and clinical oversight of the Emergency Department. This role involves collaboration with a large service line leadership team on initiatives such as recruiting, finance, and business development. The Chair will also engage with other healthcare professionals within Northwell Health's network to enhance emergency department services for the diverse communities of Queens.

Responsibilities
- Provide complete administrative, operational and clinical oversight of the department.
- Collaborate with the large service line leadership team in efforts such as recruiting, finance, and business development.
- Work with other healthcare professionals within Northwell Health's network to better serve the communities.
Compensation
- Full-time clinical base compensation ranges from $125,000 to $750,000, impacted by various factors including physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience and productivity.
