At US Acute Care Solutions, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners will work side-by-side with Physicians as clinical colleagues, providing compassionate, attentive, and quality care within a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency department coverage in a 51‑bed facility with an average volume of 57,000 annual visits.
• Work 9‑ or 10‑hour shifts as part of a staffing model that includes 50–60 hours of physician coverage and 30–40 hours of APP coverage per day.
• Contribute to rapid patient assessment, stabilization, and disposition, maintaining an admission rate of 18% and managing an average of 2 patients per hour.
• Participate in the certified stroke and chest pain programs and adhere to Epic documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Emergency Medicine (BC/BP).
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Commitment to a minimum of two years of employment with completion of the USACS APP Academy.
