Overview
St. Catherine Hospital is the regional healthcare hub for western Kansas with 132 beds and the latest innovations. The hospital is a Joint Commission accredited regional hospital and part of CommonSpirit Health, with nationally accredited Breast & Stroke Centers, a newly renovated Heartland Cancer Center, and a Maternal Child Center with Level III NICU.
Emergency Department
- 18,000 annual ED volume

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care as an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner in a busy Level III ED.
- Work side by side with Physicians and other clinical colleagues; assist with diagnosis, treatment, and patient management.
- Participate in clinical governance and provide bedside support 24/7/365.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience required; 2 years of EM experience preferred.
- Board‑certified in Medicine or related field (suggested if applicable).
Compensation & Benefits
Excellent compensation with estimated employed W‑2 pay of $85/hr, USACS benefits, and a 10% company‑funded 401(k). In addition:
- $33,000 incentive units after 2 years of employment and completion of USACS APP Academy.
