Live Oak Veterinary Specialists (LOVS) is an independently owned, specialty and emergency hospital founded by Jason King, DVM, DACVIM (Neurology), cMAV, cVPP, MBA. Dr. King brings over 15 years of specialty experience and a passion for progressive, team-driven medicine.

Position: Emergency Doctor (Full-Time)

We’re seeking experienced Emergency Doctors (internship‑trained preferred) who are passionate about high-quality medicine, teamwork, and continuous growth. You’ll work alongside a talented group of specialists in a fully equipped, state‑of‑the‑art hospital.

What You’ll Do:

Provide advanced emergency and critical care services with compassion and clinical excellence
Collaborate closely with internal medicine, surgery, and specialty teams
Support a positive, learning-focused culture for doctors and technicians
Help shape a progressive ER service built on trust, integrity, and respect

• Compensation & Benefits:
  ER Doctors:
  $150,000 base salary + 25% production (paid quarterly, no negative accrual)
  $45,000 signing bonus (paid over 3 years)
  Relocation assistance available
