Emergency Department Social Worker — Crisis & Transitions

Tampa General Hospital is seeking a Social Worker in the Emergency Department to support patients and families by managing psychosocial and economic co-morbidities. The role focuses on transitions of care, resource mobilization, and collaboration with the care team to optimize treatment outcomes.

The Social Worker will provide crisis intervention, facilitate discharge planning, and liaise with community resources to address barriers to care.
