Emergency Department Clinical Nurse

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and supports post-treatment needs. Ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the interprofessional team.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
• Supports a healing environment through education and safety initiatives, fostering communication across care continuum.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Required: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree with RN license.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and two years of experience.
