Northwell Health’s Behavioral Health Service Line is seeking a full-time or part-time BE/BC Emergency/CL Psychiatrist at South Shore University Hospital in Bay Shore, New York. This role involves providing consults to the Emergency Department and medical floors within a rapidly expanding tertiary care hospital. The position offers an opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art locked psychiatric wing built to CPEP specifications, supported by a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
- Provide consults to ED and medical floors.
- Supervise/teach students.
Compensation
- Compensation starts at $305,000 for general psychiatrists, inclusive of 1 moonlighting shift per month.
- Annual performance bonus of up to $15,000.

Requirements
- Must be BC/BE and licensed in NYS.
- Superior computer and EHR skills.
- Emergency Psychiatry or CL experience preferred.
- Must be able to assess ED and CL patients of all ages.
