Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
Experience

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 9 months of Emergency Department experience is required from the last 12 months.
• 3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
  

Requirements

• Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Additional Details
EMERGENCY CARE CTR
Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.
Special Requests : No Block Scheduling.
Shift & Scheduling : Every other weekend, scheduling must meet the needs of the dept.
Patient Ratios : 4:1 typically- medical, up to 7:1 on ED behavioral holds
Equipment Used on Unit : Baxter pumps, GE monitors
Preferred Skills/Experience : Previous HCA experience preferred.
Required Skills/Experience : 2 years’ experience in Level 2 trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, high volume > 100,000 visit ED. at least 1-year experience in ER setting
Floating Requirements : No floating outside of the ED but must be open to floating to all sections in the ED.
10 days maximum time off
2 references from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - 1 required for submission
Driver’s license required
