To support payroll operations across multiple countries in the EMEA region, the full-time EMEA Payroll Specialist will manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance with local regulations, and collaborate with HR teams, all while working remotely on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Key responsibilities: Support end-to-end payroll processing for assigned EMEA countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll regulations, tax laws, and social security requirements Collaborate with regional HR teams to collect and validate payroll inputs and handle payroll-related enquiries Required qualifications: Proven experience as an EMEA Payroll Specialist or similar role, with a focus on processing payroll across multiple countries In-depth knowledge of EMEA payroll legislation, tax regulations, and compliance requirements Strong understanding of statutory deductions, tax rates, and social security requirements in EMEA countries Certification or professional qualification in payroll (e.g., CIPP) is advantageous Proficient in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting
