EMEA Corporate Tax & Transaction Advisory Director

Alvarez & Marsal's Corporate Transaction Tax & Advisory team seeks a Director to lead complex international tax planning for US-headquartered clients across EMEA. You will drive advisory engagements, design efficient structures, and coordinate multi-jurisdictional teams and client relationships.

You will advise on tax implications of cross-border separations, acquisitions, restructurings, and post-merger integration, delivering actionable recommendations and value beyond compliance.
