EMC Project EngineerWe are always on the lookout for detail-oriented EMC Engineers to perform efficient and quality testing, and provide exceptional customer service for a third-party testing laboratory. Job Location: Middlefield, OH Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire Responsibilities: Perform EMC testing in the laboratory and at client premises, and performing other tests as assigned Report on the measurements performed Provide consultant services to clients with EMC testing and design needs Research updates to testing standards and communicating the changes to other staff Work closely with Senior Management on continuous improvement of EMC operations Requirements Education - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electronic Engineering or a similar field; or Associate's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering EMC Testing - At least 3 years hands-on experience, with strong Wireless Testing background that covers Bluetooth, WiFi in all of the 802.11 protocols, Zigbee, Cellular, LoRA, etc. Strong communications skills and the ability to work with customers Strong computer skills and familiarity with common applications (Word, Excel, etc.) Valid driver's license Experience with RF is a major plus Benefits The position offers competitive salary and great benefits including health and dental insurance; paid holiday, vacation (rolls over year to year), sick and personal days; 401K plan; profit-sharing plan; supplemental short/long term disability, life insurance and legal shield insurance.
