Embedded Software Engineer Washington DCWe are Senior/Principal Embedded Networking Engineer who will act as our primary technical expert for developing the latest generation of high-speed embedded communication networks to be used in the autonomous vehicle industry.
Qualifications: U.S. CITIZENS OR PERMANENT RESIDENTS ONLY FOR THIS ROLE Required experience & education: Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field of study.
Experience with RTOS and/or Linux Embedded systems Experience with communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, and wireless protocols (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi).
Experience troubleshooting networking hardware not troubleshooting networking Experience with one or all of the following 802.1AS (TSN), 802.1CB (FRER), 802.1QBV (Stream Prioritization), 802.1AE (MACSec), and precision networked clock synchronization
