To provide consulting services in Embedded Linux, the full-time Embedded Linux Consultant Engineer will work remotely, focusing on software development, integration, debugging, and testing for various products while contributing to open-source projects and collaborating with clients. Key responsibilities Contribute to open-source projects and analyze client problems to design effective solutions Collaborate with the delivery team to define and scope client projects Serve as a technical advisor, discussing Linux core system technologies and representing the company at conferences Required qualifications Broad experience with Linux, including uBoot, Linux kernel, and Embedded Linux Distros (e.g., Yocto, Debian) Knowledge of open-source development methodologies and ARM processor-based embedded systems Experience with system image creation tooling and OTA technologies Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in Linux environments Experience with modern CI tooling such as GitHub and GitLab
