Responsibilities:

- Design and develop testers for power electronic embedded systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, firmware engineers, software engineers and system architects, to define test requirements and test system interfaces.
- Assist with implementing and maintaining all test automation portions of CI/CD pipelines for all projects.
- Participate in the full product development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and documentation.
- Help develop, automate, and maintain various quality metrics for the company's products.
- Debug and troubleshoot software and hardware integration issues, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques.
- Assist with maintaining documentation for test designs, development processes, and project deliverables.
- Manage test data, analyze results, and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's in Computer Engineering or Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field from an accredited US University.
- Proficiency in programming languages like LabVIEW and TestStand.
- At least 5 years of experience in embedded development or test.Hands-on experience with HIL platforms.
- Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting embedded systems using hardware and software debugging tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of power electronics and control algorithms.
- Experience in testing software for real-time control applications.
- Understanding of signal conditioning, instrumentation, and data acquisition hardware.
- Experience with CAD tools for design review.
- Familiarity with at least one of the following cloud environments: AWS, Azure, GCP.
