Job Summary:
Provide mental health counseling for students; presents outreachand educational programs to the University community to support themental wellbeing of students, faculty, and staff of theuniversity.
Job Description:
- Provides professional mental health counseling to students inthe form of individual, group, and couples therapy.
- Provides crisis intervention for students experiencing apsychological emergency.
- Consults with academic departments and student affairsdepartments.
- May be involved in crisis prevention, or aiding with adjustmentproblems after a major life event.
- Maintains confidential records.
Job Responsibilities:
Must be eligible or hold LPC or LCSW or LMFT with licensure inMiss.
