Shift times may vary, and extra hours may be added to your schedule to ensure we fulfill our commitments to customers.Peak Season (July-December) RequirementsMandatory overtime may include some Saturdays and Sundays.Base Pay: 2nd Shift $19.85How You Will Make An ImpactAs a member of the Production Team, our Embroidery Operators are responsible for ensuring the embroidery process for all our products in our facility. You'll handle gathering the designs, loading them into the machine, ensuring proper placement of design, hooping, and thread colors, and producing a quality finished product. The person in this role will be pivotal in setting the pace for our embroidery process and ensuring we deliver product on time to our customers.What You Will DoOperate Tajima Electronic Automatic Embroidery Machinery – no previous experience on the machines needed to applyWork with area Supervisor and team leads on achieving daily goals of safety, quality, delivery, and productivityExecute the daily schedule, including pre-production and post-production needsInspect all products for accuracy of order specificationsTrouble shoot any issues with machines as neededAlways keep a clean and safe work environmentAbility to work seasonal mandatory OT as needed and maintain excellent attendanceQualificationsHigh energy, great attitude, and aptitude for leadershipGreat attention to detail and organization skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComputer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to work in a structured and process-oriented environmentAbility to multi-task and solve problemsAbility to work seasonal mandatory OT as needed and maintain excellent attendanceRead and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English to perform job duties efficiently.Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English, ensuring clarity and understanding.Participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and feedback in English.Learn tasks quickly, accurately driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance.Ability to add, subtract multiply and divide numbers.Education/ExperienceHS Diploma or GED (required)1 - 2 years' experience in a warehouse/ manufacturing settingBilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonusProficient with Microsoft Office, with extensive experience with Microsoft ExcelOperational, Warehouse, Logistics or comparable experience preferred.Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
