Email/SMS Marketing Specialist

As the production engine behind the retention program, the remote Email/SMS Implementer will build and manage email campaigns and lifecycle flows in Klaviyo and Postscript, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery of messages to customers. Key responsibilities Build and schedule email and SMS/MMS campaigns based on approved copy and designs Conduct thorough QA checks on all sends, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications Organize and maintain Klaviyo and Postscript setups, including templates and documentation Required qualifications 2+ years of hands-on email production or lifecycle marketing implementation experience Strong experience building campaigns and flows in Klaviyo Familiarity with SMS platforms such as Postscript or Attentive Proficient in working from Figma files and translating them into production-ready formats Strong understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, and flow logic
