Email Operations Team Manager

Driving strategic email initiatives, the full-time remote Email Operations Team Manager will oversee email-channel-driven revenue, manage a team of specialists, and coordinate multi-channel marketing efforts to enhance customer retention and engagement. Key responsibilities Own email-channel-driven attributed revenue and set the strategic direction for email contributions to customer lifetime value and retention Manage and develop the email marketing team, ensuring alignment of daily tasks with strategic lifecycle goals Define and implement actionable segmentation logic based on behavioral data and predictive models to optimize email performance Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in email marketing, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in B2C or B2B SaaS/subscription products Proven track record of managing end-to-end email and retention/lifecycle programs, including strategy, journey design, and KPI ownership Hands-on experience with major marketing automation or email platforms such as Braze, Klaviyo, or HubSpot Strong analytical skills with experience in using data for segmentation and lifecycle insights Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
