Communications & Email Marketing SpecialistAs a Communications & Email Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day, hands-on execution of our email communications across a growing network of global consultants. Our goal is to increase the awareness, engagement, and satisfaction of learning offerings with best-in-class, personalized marketing. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about email communication, data-driven marketing, and email marketing platforms.In this role, you'll partner closely with the Communications and Design teams to help design, develop, analyze, and constantly enhance the learner experience of how we delivers key messages and resources globally.

This position requires strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously. You should be a self-starter, willing to take the initiative and drive projects with minimal supervision and confidence to challenge the status quo.Required Skills:2-5 years of experience working in corporate marketing or communications, including building and deploying high-impact email communicationsMust have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, experience with SFMC Journey Builder is a plus. Or similar products like Oracle Eloqua and Marketo.Detailed knowledge of email regulations, best practices, and compliance internationally in various regulatory regimes (e.g., GDPR or CASL)Organized and able to balance multiple projects under tight deadlines simultaneously without jeopardizing the quality of workDesired Skills (not required but candidate will have exposure to these skills in this role):Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS experience required to build email templatesInterest in following and experimenting with digital marketing trends and industry best practicesKnowledge of marketing automation and campaign execution
