• Develop and drive the email marketing strategy, roadmap, and performance goals aligned with broader marketing objectives.
• Oversee large-scale email programs from conception through analysis, including segmentation, personalization, and optimization.

Measurement and Optimization:

• Design testing programs and measurement frameworks to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI.
• Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations and process improvements.

Governance and Enablement:

• Ensure email compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM while maintaining database quality and deliverability.
• Provide guidance, standards, and training to enable distributed teams across the country.
