Working remotely on a freelance basis, the part-time Email Developer will take ownership of an AI-enabled email development platform, optimizing HTML capabilities and ensuring high production quality of emails while collaborating with design and marketing technology teams. Key responsibilities Architect and build a modular component library using MJML or HTML for email production Establish a QA workflow to ensure email rendering across major email service providers and meet accessibility requirements Create developer documentation and conduct training sessions for team members Required qualifications 6-8+ years of email development experience Deep expertise in HTML/CSS email development and MJML Production experience with Iterable and/or HubSpot Experience building and maintaining email component libraries or design systems Strong understanding of email rendering across major clients, especially Outlook
