Owning the strategy and infrastructure for email deliverability, the full-time remote Director, Email Deliverability will build and manage Postscript's email deliverability function, ensuring customers' emails reach the primary inbox while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance platform capabilities. Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee the end-to-end email deliverability strategy, including IP pool architecture and domain management Serve as the senior deliverability expert for customer programs, diagnosing issues and providing actionable remediation plans Collaborate with Product and Engineering to create deliverability tooling and establish scalable processes for thousands of senders Required Qualifications 8+ years of dedicated email deliverability experience, preferably at an ESP or high-volume sending platform Deep technical knowledge of email authentication standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI) and sender reputation management Hands-on experience with diagnosing and remediating inbox-placement issues for bulk senders Fluency with Google Postmaster Tools and familiarity with evolving mailbox-provider requirements Strong understanding of e-commerce and DTC brands, with a focus on how email drives revenue
