Email and SMS Marketing Contractor

Managing email and SMS marketing programs, the part-time Contractor will oversee campaign execution, audience segmentation, and performance analysis remotely, dedicating 20-25 hours per week to drive engagement and revenue. Key responsibilities Own and manage email and SMS programs in Klaviyo, including campaigns, newsletters, and automations Develop and maintain the email and SMS marketing calendar aligned with the broader Marketing Calendar Analyze performance metrics and implement ongoing optimizations to enhance engagement and conversion rates Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in email and/or SMS marketing, preferably in an eCommerce setting Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, including campaign management and audience segmentation Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing performance metrics Experience in testing and optimizing campaigns based on performance insights Ability to manage key workstreams and drive initiatives from strategy through execution
