Position Description

• Work Dates Needed : ASAP - Ongoing
• Preferred Schedule : Min 8 shifts per month to be considered, Open to working all shift times. Shift times vary by location: 8, 9, 10, 12hrs
• Apr - ongoing: 300+ hours of coverage needed
• Scope of Work :
• Springfield:
• APP support
• No admits
• Decatur: ( Urgent coverage needed)
• 2-4 APPs
• peds admits
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : Active IL license preferred, IMLC accepted with LOQ, ABEM/AOBEM/ABPS (no FM/IM), BC/BE, DEA, ATLS, clean files preferred (no board actions, low/old MP only), drive in candidates preferred
